At some times in our lives most of us reach a turning point or a moment where we realise things aren’t going to plan. Perhaps you are facing a major crisis or maybe just a nagging feeling that things don’t seem right or that you are making the same mistakes.

I have worked with people from all walks of life, ages and backgrounds and have seen how the therapy relationship can be of help at such moments

Therapy is a means that many people are now using to look at some of these difficulties in their lives. It provides a space to help resolve issues through exploring our hopes, fears and beliefs and the relationships we may have with others and ourselves. We may then discover other choices or ways of approaching our past or present problems and behaviours.

The therapy relationship will provide you with a confidential place in which you can talk through your thoughts and feelings. It is a place where you will be listened to without judgement and where you will be helped to draw on your own resources to find the solutions that are best for you.

I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with 16 years therapeutic experience. I work collaboratively with clients to explore a wide range of emotional and relationship experiences, including:  Relationship issues, Depression, Life changes, Bereavement, Anxiety, Trauma/Abuse, Work related stress, Sexual minority issues, Sexual Identity and Cultural difference,
